These terms cover use of this website. Commercial terms for any order are set out in the quotation and order confirmation for that order.

Product descriptions, capability statements and lead-time indications on this site are for information. Binding specifications, prices and dates are those stated in a written quotation issued for your specific programme.

Reference material and design rights

Where you supply a reference, design or specification, you confirm you have the right to have it manufactured, and responsibility for design and trademark rights in your market rests with you as the buyer. Our design team can modify a reference into a distinct version where that is the safer route, and we will say so when we think it is.

Certification

Stone certification is issued by the independent laboratory named on the report (IGI, GIA or another lab as specified in your programme). Report numbers can be verified directly with the issuing laboratory.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the specification supplied at the time of quoting. Where metal or stone market prices move materially, or where the specification changes after quoting, we will re-quote rather than absorb or silently pass on the difference. Quotations do not constitute a binding order until confirmed in writing by both parties.

Samples and pre-production approval

Sample costs are stated in the quotation and are typically credited against the first production order. The approved pre-production sample is the reference against which bulk production is inspected. Where a client elects to proceed to bulk without approving a pre-production sample, quality claims relating to interpretation of the specification cannot be assessed against a physical reference, and this limits what we are able to remedy.

Quality claims

Report a manufacturing fault with photographs within the inspection window stated in your order confirmation and it will be repaired or replaced. Damage arising after use, alteration by a third party, or wear consistent with normal use falls outside this. Return shipping arrangements for accepted claims are agreed case by case.

Confidentiality

Designs, specifications, price bands and commercial terms exchanged between us are treated as confidential by default, whether or not a separate non-disclosure agreement has been signed. We will sign your own NDA on request. We do not publish or display client work without written permission.
