Before any bulk order we produce physical samples to your specification. Stock designs sample from a single piece; custom designs from ten pieces per design.
The approved sample becomes the pre-production reference — the object bulk must match. Without one, every quality conversation afterwards is opinion against opinion, and the buyer loses that argument every time.
For stone-set samples we photograph and film each piece under standard lighting before shipment, so remote approval is a real decision rather than a leap of faith.
What this looks like in practice
What a sample costs
Quoted upfront per design, and typically credited against your first production order. We would rather you paid for a sample and stayed than skipped one and left.
Revisions
One round of adjustment is normal and expected — prong height, band width, finish, stone size. Revisions are quoted transparently; nothing gets billed that was not agreed.
Pre-production sample (PPS)
Once the design is right, we produce the PPS: the signed-off reference for the whole run. Bulk is inspected against it, not against a drawing.
