Production & Capacity
20,000–30,000 pieces monthly across dual factory lines, worked by 50 craftsmen.
Monthly capacity runs at 20,000 to 30,000 pieces across two production lines. Dual-line production is a deliberate structure rather than an accident of growth: capacity redundancy means a disruption on one line — equipment, staffing, a single difficult order — does not stop your programme.
Fifty skilled craftsmen work the floor across casting, stone setting, polishing and finishing as dedicated stations. Specialisation is the point. A setter who sets all day is a better setter than one who also polishes.
Over ten years of production experience sits behind that floor, serving brands, wholesalers and retailers across more than thirty countries.
How production & capacity actually works here

Casting
Gold (9K, 14K, 18K), platinum and 925 sterling silver cast on dedicated lines. Casting quality determines porosity, and porosity determines how a piece polishes and how long it survives wear — it is the least visible stage and the one that decides the most.

Stone setting
Prong, bezel, pavé, channel and bar setting by dedicated setters. Melee is calibrated and matched before it reaches the bench so a pavé line reads as one continuous surface rather than a row of individual stones.

Polishing & plating
Hand and machine polishing to your specified finish — high polish, matte, brushed or hammered. Plating thickness is specified per order from 0.03μm to 2.5μm; thicker plating costs more and lasts longer, and we will tell you honestly which your price point supports.
Scheduling & redundancy
Programmes are scheduled at quote stage against real floor capacity, not against optimism. Where a launch date is fixed, we plan backwards from it and tell you the last safe date for approvals. Two lines mean a slipped stage can often be absorbed rather than passed on to you.

The seven production stages
Design review → 3D CAD drawing → prototype development → sample approval → mass production → quality inspection → global shipping. You are updated at every stage; the two gates that matter most to you are sample approval and quality inspection, because those are the two where a problem is still cheap to fix.
Metals we run
9K, 10K, 14K (Au585) and 18K (Au750) gold in white, yellow and rose; platinum (Pt950); 925 sterling silver. Two-tone and tri-colour builds are standard work. Recycled metal content is available on request where it matters to your positioning.
Global shipping
We ship worldwide and support customers across Europe, North America, Australia and other markets, handling packaging, documentation and delivery arrangements so international fulfilment is not a separate project for your team.
Repeat orders
Reorders are run against the original pre-production sample and the original specification, not re-interpreted from scratch. That is why the second delivery looks like the first — the most common failure in wholesale jewellery, and an avoidable one.
