The seven stages

From design review to global shipping

Every programme runs the same sequence. You are updated at each stage, and two of them are decision gates where a problem is still cheap to fix.

01 · Design review

Your reference, tech pack or brief is read by the design team and returned with observations — what will survive daily wear, what will price badly, what needs modifying to stay distinct from its reference.

02 · 3D CAD drawing

A production-ready model and rendering, typically within one to seven working days. Correct prong geometry for the stone size, wall thickness that survives polishing, a shank profile that can be sized later.

03 · Prototype development

The approved model is printed in castable resin. Holding a prototype tells you more about proportion in ten seconds than a rendering does in ten minutes.

04 · Sample approval DECISION GATE

A physical sample in your metal and stone programme, 7–10 working days. Judge us on this object, not on a photograph. Once signed off it becomes the pre-production sample that bulk must match.

05 · Mass production

20–25 working days across A and B lines. Larger programmes are scheduled at quote stage; if your launch date is fixed we plan backwards from it and tell you the last safe approval date.

06 · Quality inspection DECISION GATE

Five-stage inspection through production plus final piece-level checks against your approved sample, then photo and video documentation under standard lighting before packing.

07 · Global shipping

Worldwide delivery with packaging, documentation and customs paperwork handled — Europe, North America, Australia and beyond.
