Supplier-side notes, written plainly

These are notes from the manufacturing side of the table: how to evaluate a factory, what a tech pack needs to contain so the quote does not move later, and what the lab-grown supply chain means for a retail assortment.

We write them because the alternative — a supplier who tells buyers only what makes the supplier look good — produces the sourcing mistakes we then get asked to fix. A buyer who knows to insist on a pre-production sample is a buyer we work well with.

Nothing here is gated, and none of it requires working with us to be useful.
