We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we receive the name, company, email, country, category, quantity tier and brief you provide. We do not use tracking beyond standard website analytics.

How we use it

To prepare and send you a quotation, and to correspond about your programme. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Designs and confidentiality

Designs, tech packs, CAD files and reference material you send are treated as confidential. They are not shown to other clients and are not used in our own portfolio without your written permission. We are happy to sign your own NDA before you send anything.

Files you send us

Reference images, tech packs, CAD files and physical samples are treated as your property throughout. They are stored on our internal systems, accessible only to the design and production staff working on your programme, and returned or destroyed on request when a programme ends. We do not use client files to train design tools, and we do not keep a library of other people's CADs to draw on for later clients.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard website analytics to understand which pages buyers find useful — pages viewed, approximate region, referring source. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell traffic data. If you block analytics in your browser, every page on this site works exactly the same.

Who sees your enquiry

Enquiries reach our sales and production team only. We do not share enquiry details with other clients, we do not use one buyer's brief as a reference when quoting another, and we do not disclose that a given brand is in discussion with us — including in marketing material — without written permission.

Third parties

Where fulfilment requires it, we share the minimum necessary with freight forwarders, customs brokers and certification laboratories — a shipping address, a consignment description, a stone to be graded. These parties receive what the task needs and nothing more.

Retention and access

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active. Write to [email protected] to request a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
