We have been providing OEM and ODM one-stop solutions for brand jewellers for over ten years. Two tracks, one floor.
OEM — you own the design. Tech packs, CADs or physical samples come in, and we manufacture to your specification with full confidentiality. We replicate to your drawings in strict accordance with the spec: nothing gets "improved" without your approval.
ODM — you bring a brief rather than a drawing. Market references, target price band, stone programme and season timing go in; our design team develops the line and you approve at 3D, sample and pre-production stages. Rich design experience means the team reads design intent quickly and comes back with professional recommendations, not just execution.
Both tracks run across our dual-factory production system, giving 20,000–30,000 pieces of monthly capacity with built-in redundancy — a disruption on one line does not stop your programme.
Scope covers 9K/14K/18K gold and 925 sterling silver in rings, necklaces, pendants, earrings and bracelets — engagement rings, wedding bands, tennis chains, Cuban chains and statement pieces alike.
What this looks like in practice
OEM — build to your drawing
You supply tech packs, CAD files or a physical sample. We build exactly that, in your metal and stone programme, under NDA. Any deviation we think improves manufacturability comes to you as a question, never as a surprise in the box.
ODM — build from your brief
A 10-person design and CAD team develops original lines from a market brief. You approve at three gates — 3D rendering, physical sample, pre-production sample — so the line is yours long before it is expensive to change.
Materials in scope
9K, 14K and 18K gold in white, yellow and rose; platinum; 925 sterling silver. Stones: natural and lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, cubic zirconia and lab-grown coloured stones. Plating from 0.03μm to 2.5μm specified per order.
Order tiers
Stock designs from a single piece; custom designs from 10 pieces per design. Stone, colour and logo variants each carry their own minimum of 10 pieces per design. Bulk tiers quoted per programme.
