Tell us the quantity tier, not an exact number
"Sample first", "a few hundred", "several thousand" — enough to price the right production path. Exact quantities come later.
Name the stone program if you know it
Natural, lab-grown, or both. If you are still deciding, say so — we quote both and you compare.
Mention compliance requirements early
If your buyer requires specific documentation or audit standards, tell us in the first message so we address it directly instead of after sampling.
