You should know the timeline before you send the deposit.

Every stage and its working days, written down before you commit.

Diamond stone setting station at Vesta Jewelry

Development follows a fixed sequence, and each stage has a stated duration. The point of publishing them is simple: a supplier who cannot tell you how long their own floor takes has not planned it.

Design review → 3D design → 3D approval → sample approval → mass production → quality inspection → dispatch. At quoting we commit dates per stage for your specific order, and where complexity or quantity changes the maths, we say so before you pay rather than after.

In detail

What this looks like in practice

Jewelry CAD design team at Vesta Jewelry

3D drawing — 1 to 7 working days

From your sketch, photo or tech pack we produce a CAD/STL model and a rendering. Complexity drives the range: a plain band lands at the fast end, a pavé-heavy vintage piece at the slow end.

Quality control inspection of finished jewelry at Vesta Jewelry

Sampling — 7 to 10 working days

A physical sample in your metal and stone programme. This is the object your team should judge us on, not a photograph. Sample cost is quoted upfront and typically credited against the first production order.

Jewelry casting line at the Vesta Jewelry production floor

Mass production — 20 to 25 working days

Bulk runs across A and B lines. Larger programmes are scheduled at quote stage rather than discovered mid-run; if your launch date is fixed, tell us at enquiry and we plan backwards from it.

Jewelry manufacturing workshop at Vesta Jewelry

Overall lead time — 5 to 30 days

Stock designs move fastest; fully custom programmes with new CAD, sampling and bulk sit at the long end. Every quote states which end of that range your order falls in and why.

Jewelry polishing and finishing station at Vesta Jewelry

Quality inspection & dispatch — 1 to 2 days

Piece-level QC against your approved pre-production sample, then photo and video documentation under standard lighting before goods leave the floor.
